Gail I Peterson

Gail I. Peterson is a counselor who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering support through a wide range of life challenges. She recognizes that each individual experiences difficulties differently and provides care that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and responsive to each client’s unique needs.
Gail offers both traditional talk therapy and specialized approaches, including the Gottman Method for couples counseling, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma, hypnotherapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, pain, and self-esteem, and play therapy to support children in processing and healing through developmentally appropriate methods. She also provides filial therapy, working collaboratively with parents to strengthen connection and emotional understanding.
